Tablet mode

The tablet mode allows you to present the Goodays survey directly on a tablet or in-store kiosk.

What is Tablet Mode?

Tablet Mode transforms a tablet or kiosk device into a customer-facing terminal for collecting spontaneous feedback. It works by launching a Goodays survey interface via a URL in a fullscreen browser.

This mode is typically used at store exits, reception areas, or service points to collect feedback just after the customer interaction.

Integration URL

To launch the interface, use the following URL format::

Parameters to configure

ParameterDescription
customer_nameYour Goodays account code — contact your CSM to retrieve this value.
pos_idThe point-of-sale ID where the feedback is collected
cz_mode Defines the flow of the widget. Possible values:
-feedback : feedback first, then quiz
-feedbackonly : only feedback
-quiz : Quiz first, then feedback
-quizonly : only quiz
cz_tag Name of the survey (slug) that will be used by the interface If you leave this field blank, the default process will be used.
autorefreshReload time (in seconds) after inactivity
