Purpose of that integration is to collect feedback of clients who connect to your captive wifi portal.
Different methods can be used to integrate Goodays connection with your captive Wifi portal according to your cinematic:
- Add a cta on the success screen of your wifi portal
- Redirect your customer to your brand web site and open Goodays survey technology
- Add the surveys as mandatory (or not, with the possibility to close it) in your client connection journey
Install the Goodays Web SDK in your wifi solution if you have not already done so.
Once connected your customer can be redirected to your brand web page and you can easily pop-up Goodays survey, see Web link Open pop-in.
For that purpose you can refer to Launch Goodays interfaces using the SDK.
Mandatory... or not ?
We recommend that you do not put the Goodays survey as mandatory, otherwise verbatim and ratings collected might be of low quality.
We recommend to implement this setup once the customer is connected.
