If you want to add the Critizr survey on your national or local Facebook pages.
Tab for Facebook page
The Critizr widget on Facebook can be used in two different ways:
- nationally, on brand pages
- locally, on point of sales pages
Critizr on Facebook is only available to Pages with 2000 or more likes. (see more)
Only available on desktop
Because Facebook apps are not supported on mobile, your tab will only be available on the desktop version of the social network.
National page
If you add this widget to a national page, it will start by displaying a Store Locator interface that allows the customer to select a point of sales in order to submit feedback.
Point of sales pages
Adds a tab to your Facebook page which shows directly the feedback submission interface.
Configuration
Deployment
In two steps:
- Provide the list of Facebook page IDs to your Critizr project contact so that he can configure them in Critizr.
- And, only once the first step is OK, ask the administrators of the local pages to go to this link and follow the procedure to select the Facebook pages.
That's it!
How do I find my Facebook Page ID?
The ID to be provided to Critizr depends on the url of the Facebook page :
- https://www.facebook.com/critizr then the page ID is
critizr
- https://www.facebook.com/critizr-12345 then the page ID is
12345
- https://www.facebook.com/critizr/6789 then the page ID is
6789
Tab position
We recommend that you place your Critizr tab toward the top of your list of Facebook tabs so that your customer can see it. To do so, from your Facebook page:
- Click on Plus
- Click on Manage tabs
- Drag the "Leave a review" tab to the desired position
- Approve
Tab label
By default, the Critizr tab is labeled as "Leave a review." This label can always be customized, as shown:
- Go in the Facebook Business interface
- Choose your page
- Go to "Page settings"
- Click on "Models and tabs",
- Click on "Settings" next to Critizr tab and then "Advanced settings".
Here you will be able to change the name of the Facebook tab to whatever you want.
